  | Master Bathroom Remodel | Dec 2018 | This bathroom was original construction from the 90's, and was in desperate need of a renovation. We demolished and removed all of the tile, substrate, and a couple of small walls. The electrical was reconfigured, and some slight plumbing modifications were needed to ensure proper placement of the free standing tub and faucet. A new concrete shower pan was installed, along with all water proofing needed. The customer chose a mix of marble and glass tiles, which were installed with premium installation materials, methods, and quality. Once drywall repairs/patching/skimming were completed, the painters came in and did their thing. The cabinets were installed, and the vanity table was custom built on site. The cabinets were trimmed out, and it was ready for the tops. Once the tops were in the finish plumbing took place which involved the setting on the stone tub, vessel sinks, faucets, toilet, etc. The only thing lacking in these pictures are the custom light shades and the glass wall which is going to be installed on the shower curb.
