Pinecrest Construction is a roofing contractor based out of Cedar Falls. They provide roof replacement, roof flashing installation, and soffit installation. In October of 2012, Pinecrest Construction did a remodeling project using a permit acquired from the city of Waterloo Community Development office, and they completed a new construction project in August of 2007 in the Franklin Gateway neighborhood using a permit received from the same office.
