Terrible job. We spent over $15,000 on a job that needed new siding, new windows and a sliding door. They put the sliding door on wrong, put the screen door upside down and drilled new holes in the door, even tho their were different ones already predrilled and we are still having problems with the door to this day (2 years ago now). And there are big gaps in our Hardie board job and can see the Tyvek behind it. Definitely skip this contractor and get a different one!

Koeper Construction built a large attached garage for us. They satisfactorily handled all phases of construction including arranging sub-contractors for concrete work. They have also done interior and exterior painting, installed exterior siding on house and garage, installed countertops in the kitchen, installed a new furnace and added air-conditioning along with miscellaneous other projects including building a beautiful entertainment center. They are professional, reliable and congenial. We would hire them again in the future and would strongly recommend them.

John is great to work with. He and his team delivered perfectly on our project. One thing that I really like about working with John, he sees the big picture. If he sees something that needs to be addressed, he gives a full reasoning of why and how it effects the house.
