We had our shower re-grouted and re-caulked. While the grout seems to be holding up, we have had nothing but problems with the caulk work. The caulk peeled off. They came out to re-caulk it again and said the space between the tiles was large and would require a lot of caulk. While the re-caulking was completed, it is peeling off again and the owner insists on charging me if he comes out again. He also started yelling over the phone and could not be reasoned with. Caulking should hold up for longer than a few weeks. Very disappointed.
