About Joe's All Service Handyman Business
Joe's All Service Handyman Business is run by myself (Joe Maguire) and two other collegues of mine. We are three students currently enrolled in rigorous engineering degrees. We hope to pay off our college debt by applying the skills we have acquired over the years through hard work over the summers. I was born and raised on a farm in Iowa, and have been doing quality labor my whole life. I have been running Joe's All Service Handyman Business for over five years thanks to my loyal clients. I was quite impressed by Joe's professionalism when he and partner Will were handing out flyers. They could do a variety of in home (dry wall repair for example) and yard and garden work. I made a note to contact them when I was read to start the project. The quote was reasonable, they were focused, did a great job and the work was done to satisfaction. I would hire them again.

Joe provided lawn services, including watering (no sprinkler system) for several months while the homeowner was out of town. He did an excellent job of tending to the lawn and keeping it green through the hot summer months.

Joe's All Service Handyman Business is the best service I have ever gotten. They did everything I asked of them and they did it well and with a smile on their face. Joe's Handyman Business really does top quality work for a fair price. I will definitely be using their service again. I would recommend them to anyone for any project big or small.

| Mulching | Aug 2014 | In this project over 1/4 acre of land was mulched. The mulch was provided by the homeowner (via dump truck) and all the spreading and landscaping material work was done by our company. We also edged the lawn with metal edging to provide a barrier between the mulch and lawn. Also some sprinkler lines were redirected by our company to give the homeowner the exact mulch placement that they wanted. | $300 | Littleton, CO | |
| Extreme Rennovation/ Repair and Remodeling | Aug 2014 | This was a huge project that our business took on. A homeowner was trying to flip a house to resell on the market but didn't have the resources to do much of the work needed. That's where we came in. We did most of the interior painting, garage door painting, window repair, landscaping, fence repair, weed removal, garden work, tree trimming, carpet removal, light replacement, and much more. | Garden/Shed/Tree Remodeling and Help | Jul 2014 | In this project we remodeled an entire garden. We tore up old dead plants and replaced them with fresh flowers and plants that complimented the layout of the house. We then added landscaping material and mulch to the garden to prevent weeds, and add a lush look to the garden. We then repaired an old shed door that weighed 80 pounds and was rotting and falling off its hinges. We then trimmed the bushes and trees around the property. | Gutter Work | Jun 2014 | In this project we did a complete clean of the house's gutters and drainage pipes. We then installed gutter screens to prevent further accumulation of leaves.
