If I could give a zero star I would. We had firewood delivered on 12/10/2017. My husband messaged Stephen a picture to tell him we had been shorted on the wood and Stephen replied he would take care of it. Over a week later my husband I had both sent messages asking that the wood be picked up, our money returned and offering to pay for the wood that we had attempted to burn. The wood was not seasoned as advertised and was not all hard wood. Today I tried to call Stephen. He called me back. When I asked again for the wood to be picked and tried to explain why... he proceeded to cuss me out and call me a f$cking bitch and hung up on me. So if you're looking to be cheated and cussed out, this is the place to go! Screen shots of messages and pictures of the wood stacked up available on request!
