Total Appliance

This has been very frustrating, the worst I have had in many . We ordered a dishwasher on June 28th from Lowes. It came into our lowes store on July 5th, Total Appliance Services were notified

After waiting for a week for a simple warrantee service call, the guy shows up and says he does not have the tool and takes off. I call up after not hearing from hime and I get another appointment 2-weeks out. I called the recall part provider and they authorized me to install the new Fushmate which I did in less that 1-hour. It was easy. Total Appliance is awful

Awesome company. Very good!! Highly recommend.

$11,600 worth of damages from a leak caused by the repairman after a simple dishwasher repair. The repairman admitted that the leak that caused this was his fault but they refused to pay for the damages they caused. $11,600 worth of damages! Very dishonest company that does not take responsibility for their actions. I understand that accidents happen but a company that refuses to take responsibility is unexcusable.
