Renters beware. This in all my years of renting is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. There was no maintenance of any kind. It took a year to get the dishwasher fixed and it broke again less then a year later it was still not fixed 6 months later. We turned in our notice to vacate December 30 stating we would be put January 31. Electric was transfered back to the company on the 29th and keys were turned in on January 31. We have now 3 months later received a notice of failure to pay rent in February thus breaking the lease. We never got an updated lease in 4 years. Their building was in disrepair. Renters were forced to combat black mold on their own and forced to pay repair bills for the central air units outside the building. We were not given receipts for our rent due to the offices being closed. We only found out rent was going up when we paid one month and they charged us a fee for not paying the whole thing.

Absolutely the worst rental company I have ever had the misfortune to rent from. They will take you to court over $35 of rent not paid, even when it was an unfortunate math accident due to the absurd amount of fees that this agency piles onto you. They say eviction is their last resort when it absolutely is not. Do not trust them, get everything in writing and take pictures of everything. They also never, ever change air filters even when you ask them. (They lock the closest where the air handler is). Beware renters.
