OMNI Real Estate Solutions is a residential real estate brokerage serving traditional buyers and sellers and specializing in helping distressed sellers get out from under bad mortgages. The company was founded in 2011 by Craig and Stacey Akers with the mission of providing excellent customer service with a focus on finding creative solutions for both buyers and sellers in the dynamic and complex Phoenix real estate market. Craig began his real estate career in 1996 with John Hall and Associates after spending eight years as an educator at Mountain Pointe High School in Ahwatukee. He quickly established himself as a top-producing agent and then made the move to Keller Williams East Valley in 2000, where Stacey joined him as a full partner in the business after also leaving the field of education. During their time at KWEV, Craig and Stacey built a high volume real estate practice working exclusively by referral. Consistently among the top 5% in an office of over 300 agents, Craig and Stacey also served on the agent leadership council to help create and implement practice and policy standards for the brokerage. The two worked together to build a business that strived to serve clients with a personal touch and sound advice, and sold $10-15 million in real estate each year as a result. When the real estate market crashed in 2008, Craig and Stacey continued in real estate and formed an investment company called Omni Asset Management. They used their extensive knowledge of the real estate market to purchase homes "on the block" at Trustee Sales in Maricopa County, rehab them from their distressed condition, and then resell them to buyers who were quickly growing weary of foreclosed homes and short sales. They continue to work in the investment arena, but have returned primarily to their first love of residential real estate sales. When Craig and Stacey decided to form OMNI Real Estate Solutions, their goal was to create an "outside the box" brokerage that functions efficiently and effectively for their greatest asset, their clients. Currently, Craig serves as the Designated Broker and Lead Listing Agent for OMNI Real Estate Solutions, having established himself as a passionate, integrity-based agent in the East Valley. Craig's strength at negotiating deals that produce top dollar for sellers has created a loyal following of clients, including investors who know they can trust Craig to identify deals that will yield a healthy return on investment. Craig also has extensive knowledge of the unconventional world of short sales and has helped many underwater homeowners gain a fresh start. Stacey is equally enthusiastic about her role as OMNI's Lead Buyer's Agent/Luxury Specialist and gains a great deal of satisfaction from helping people find great homes at great prices. The majority of Stacey's clients are buyers who are "moving up" into larger homes. They know they can rely on her expertise and personable approach to create a smooth, enjoyable buying experience. She also enjoys a large base of clients who are relocating to the Valley for professional reasons, having worked with Above and Beyond Relocation Services since 2008, and enjoys introducing them to all Phoenix has to offer. Additionally, she works with investor clients to build portfolios of cash-flowing rental properties. Craig and Stacey's combined experience and commitment to upholding high standards of practice have created a real estate firm their clients are excited to recommend to family and friends. There are a lot of qualities that set Omni apart from other real estate brokerages, but perhaps the most important is their team approach. As the leaders of the company, Craig and Stacey firmly believe that the key to customer service is a great group of agents and administrative staff all working together to serve their clients. Our team members are selected with the highest degree of care to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. We have Buyer's Agents that work under Stacey's direction to assist buyers with their home purchases, an Administrative Assistant to manage the office and provide client care, a Short Sale Processor to negotiate short sales, and a Transaction Manager to manage the escrow process from contract to closing. On a personal note, Craig and Stacey reside in the Ocotillo area of Chandler where they are raising four fantastic daughters--Erin, Avery, Kellyn and Reese. Any spare time is dedicated to their family and supporting their daughters' education and activities. There is plenty of singing, soccer, volleyball, Girl Scouts and sleepovers to go around! They both enjoy attending their daughters' games and performances, reading good books, going out for a really good dinner, laughing at silly jokes, and spending time with friends and family.
