The house has maintained the scale of the street while dramatically enhancing its livability. The demolition of the rear of the house made room for the addition. This created a new covered side entry porch off the driveway. It accommodated new open interior living space which includes master and porch. This expansion also allowed the creation of a full width covered rear porch that expands living space into the rear yard. | $500k | Charlotte, NC |
