  | Farmer's Market Condos | Jul 2012 | The Farmer's Market Condos was a project we worked on to refurbish this 100+ year old building. A builder we work with often created 12 condo units inside this old farmer's market. We installed Linoleum in the baths, carpeted some bedrooms that were unsalvageable, but the highlight of the project was refinishing the 80+ year old hardwood floors. At the start of the project the floors were grey from age and dirt, as well as, weathered. There were several sections on the first floor that were not salvaged but we replaced those areas with a red oak #2 common for a distressed look with character.
