Rite Rug buyer beware they install using subcontractors a product that fails quickly and subpar (unacceptable) installation. Our entire home had LPV and carpet installed where the LPV is failing with splitting and cracking. The carpeted flooring we were promised screws would be installed to remove sqeaking floors. The carpet floors squeak as bad as ever. The LPV floors are unlevel due to a poor install and are splitting in half because Rite Rug possess NO standard requirements for LPV installation. Rite Rug employs a corporate reviewer who comes to your home after the poor install to give you the run around to blame poor results on anything except poor performing product and insufficient floor prep to install an LPV floor. If I had pictures with this review you would never use Rite Rug, just not worth the headache. I mean you are getting subcontractors to install an overpriced subpar product sure to be the perfect storm for return visits to remedy over and over and over. My install was Dec 2019 and LPV product by Rite Rug is chipping, splitting and cracking while NO response from customer service for months prior to CV outbreak.
