Back patio expansion

May 2017

Enlarged Patio, added a walkway and a step down fire pit and firepit sitting area. The old patio pavers were not available, so we found 3 that were similar and brought them to the home. After choosing which paver, we got started right away. The project grew as they outdoor area became so beautiful they wanted to spend more time outside. Thus the firepit and a sitting area 5' wide around the firepit were created. The homeowner's have really enjoyed the space.

Basement Disaster SOLVED!

Jan 2016

New Construction High End Home just one week away from move-in and DISASTER! Home Owners simply wanted a stained concrete basement floor with a high gloss finish.... The Contractor hired someone who did not know what they were doing and they not only ruined the floor, they placed a concrete overlay on incorrectly and sealed it. So we received the S.O.S phone call. We needed to grind off the sealer, plus the messy resurfacing job to the original concrete and start all over. We did it and homeowners are thrilled!
