Hired them for a kitchen remodel. While the kitchen turned out nice, it was way over budget and Adair has still not given us a final accounting of the numbers nearly 3 months later. We were expecting Adair to oversee the project as a project manager, that's what we believed we were paying for. There was very little oversight and when things did go wrong she informed us "oh well I just put the contractors in touch with each other." Everything was done without a permit, and we were not informed of this. We expected, based on an earlier conversation, that permits were being pulled. The baseboards looked terrible after pulling out the tile, I asked what can be done, "oh you can install quarter round to cover it up" ok so we will pay for that. Still looked terrible, then the story changed to "oh no, that wasn't to cover it up, that was something you needed anyway". No real quality control other than what we provided ourselves. We are very busy so we weren't looking to have to do that much QC ourselves. That's why we hired someone.

We used Granite Seekers for a kitchen granite install. There were communication problems on the project from the beginning. We had issues with the quality of workmanship with the grouting, tile work and an improperly reinstalled appliance. Day-to-day project oversight was lacking that would have prevented these problems. The company owner tried hard to address these problems at the end but I felt we just needed to move on. Overall, we were disappointed with the communication, management of the project and quality of work.
