Fast to give an estimate, but slow to respond after estimate given. Never showed up for the job on the date and time scheduled.

Homeowner K eliot wants to rate this service a 1 star because the pro sprayed a chemical and killed all the vegetation in her yard including the sod. He also damaged her car when they turned on the aerator it made a dent in her car and he now doesn't want to pay for damages.

We have resolved this matter with the owner, no need to have 2nd persons try to make this matter worse. As we all know we have our mistakes when new to the job the person responsible was his first day. We paid for the damages done. Thank you.
