| East 37th St. | Aug 2014 | House was built in the 40's in the Noda area. The customer wanted to keep it as original as possible. Most of the paint was peeling so in order to paint it we had to pressure wash it, scrape all the loose paint and then wash it again due to the dust from scraping. We used oil base primer for being an exterior job and we used Sherwin-Williams Resilience exterior paint. | $3k | Charlotte, NC |
