According to the licensed HVAC Technician when he left, the unit was heating properly. Unfortunately, the unit stopped heating again. We offered alternative heating which you declined. The licensed HVAC technician returned. HVAC unit was repaired and ductwork replaced in the lower level of the 2-story condo where you resided. For your inconvenience, the owner paid a portion of your electric bill. We always do our very best to respond to service requests immediately. We regret you were not satisfied with our property management services towards the end of your occupancy. This delayed response is because I was unaware that Porch existed until today. We (owner, attorney and McGowan Realty) responded to your BBB complaint in 2016.
