This project involved installing 160 ft. black chain link fence 5 ft. tall and 160 ft. in length. The posts were anchored 3 ft. deep with concrete and included a 6 ft. gate on both sides of home for entrance of a lawn mower or easy access for homeowner. The chain link fence was vinyl coated 9 ga galvanized steel for additional durability due to corrosion, This project took 3 weeks to complete including permits and weather delays.

This project involved staining 185 linear feet of privacy fence on one side since access to other side was blocked by parallel neighbor's fence. We used 15 gallons of Cabot semi transparent stain Cordovan Leather #0337. Unless fence is brand new, it should always be pressure treated first for optimal results and durability. Fences 0 to 5 yrs. old can use clear, semi transparent, or opaque stain... From 5 to 10 yrs. either semi transparent or opaque... and 10+ yrs. old must be opaque. The durability is least with clear... and best with opaque from uv exposure. Project took 1 week to complete.

This project involved restoring a 22 piece wrought iron outdoor patio/pool furniture set to like new condition. This involved sanding and then painting with Rust-Oleum Hammered gloss black paint. All together, this took 26 hours to complete and 36 cans of paint. Replacement cost with Patio Living $13,088.61...

Customer had 24 original shutters ten plus years old virtually falling off from vinyl fasteners installed to brick exterior that had snapped due to weak materials. I removed each and every vinyl fastener and replaced it with two and three quarter Tapcon concrete anchors for super strong security attachment. Then I primed and painted with two coats of Valspar Duramax exterior painting. Entire project took approximately 1 week with weather conditions.

This deck was a three level 900 ft deck. Deck was approximately 15 years old and fairly decent shape. I did have to replace about 1/3 of the boards with new pressure treated wood. I used a new product by Cabot called Deck Correct. Entire project took 274.25 hours to complete. This product will not have to be touched again for 10 years. In which time the customer will then replace this deck with a non-composite deck.

I cleaned the gutters on this 2 story home 214 linear feet overall by hand. This included not only removing the leaves, tree limbs, roofing granuals... But also cleaned the inside gutter surfaces of dried mud buildup and mold. This project took approximately 12 hours over a two day period based on the initial starting time the customer requested and daylight available. I also install heavy duty industrial grade aluminum gutter guards featuring a manufacturer's lifetime warranty which will be done on this home next.
