We couldn’t be happier with our remodel. Lagniappe Builders helped us with a major renovation of our home including a basement full gut and remodel and the addition of a screened porch on the back of our house. This was our first time undertaking any kind of renovation, and we weren’t sure what to expect. Stephen and his team made the whole process smooth, keeping us on budget and on schedule. we were referred to Stephen from one of our good friends. We purchased a home in February while living in Charlottesville that needed some pretty major renovations. We weren't going to move for a few months and needed a trustworthy contractor that can manage a big project with little supervision.
