I do not recommend this business. They are slow and inexperienced. Very young and seem to spend more time on phone than surveying property. I have never dealt with such a slow slow slow company. When I bought my home survey was finished in a few weeks. That was a different company. Now going on 6 months still nothing. I would suggest going to some place with more experience. And urgency
