I should've looked at the reviews. The man called the day I made the appointment. He said I needed proof that I bought the dryer so I told him I had to drive to pick up the proof. He said ok. They were supposed to arrive between 9am-11am. At 10:20 he calls and says now, that I have to provide the day I started the contract with Rent-a-center or I can't use my warranty. As soon as I told him he didn't tell me that the day before when he knew I was going there to get whatever he told me I needed, HE HUNG UP ON ME!! He was trying anyway he could to make me have to pay out of pocket so he didn't have to honor my warranty. BEWARE PEOPLE!! He is NOT HONORABLE OR HONEST!! He simply didn't want to help me because I wasn't going to have to pay out of pocket. My dryer is just over a year old. I have every right for them to honor my 10 YEAR WARRANTY. He is a con. And a crook!! This took place January 29, 2021. Warn your elderly parents and grandparents. He is preying on people and lying to people. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

Called for warranty service call on Frigidaire dishwasher. Was told he was only in the area on Friday, I said fine. He called back and talked to my wife. He was rude, unprofessional, told her to answer the phone when he called, told her we were "off the list"' call Frigidaire to reschedule, and then hung up when she tried to ask a question. STAY AWAY. Other reviews state he doesn't know what he is doing and grossly overcharges.
