Flyte Sanitation Inc

We had used Flye for 11 years, every 6 months or so they miss picking up our trash, I have to call the next day and they send someone out several days to a week later to pick the trash up. Well, this happened again this time they tried tell me my driveway was blocked and they couldn't get in, I have a circle drive so 2 ways to get in and they they said both side were blocked which is a lie. When I called back asking when they were coming to get the trash the guy was rude blaming us for having it blocked by the way I have camera's and know your driver is lying. I just told them to come get their can.

We had Flyte Sanitation for over 7 years, they started missing pickup dates, and instead stated that my truck was parked in front of the Dumpster (not true). I paid for December pickup and they again missed pickup, so when I called, they stated that their driver said my truck was in front of the dumpster, I advised that was not the case. They asked are you calling my driver a liar? I said well they certainly are not telling you the truth, they said fine we will pick up your dumpster as you cannot call our drivers liars. I said look the truck was not in front of the dumpster just have them pick up the trash, they stated no we will be out to pick up the dumpster. So I told them bring a deputy as you are trespassing. They came out and picked up the dumpster. When I asked the supervisor who came to pick up the dumpster if I would get a refund he stated yes we will send a check. No check arrived so I called and the girl answering the phone stated no you wont get a refund as you only paid through December. I said yeah but you didn't pick up the trash. No refund is the answer I got. These people are not honest and very unprofessionally run, the supervisor looks like someone out of a steam punk movie clip and has the attitude to boot. But customer service is not their Forte. Do yourself a favor get another company these guys are simply clowns.
