I would give this company zero stars if that were possible. I first want to say before I wrote this review, I called the company twice to get a result for the service we requested, did not receive, but was charged for. We called for a French drain to be unclogged. The tech came out and ran a 7.5 foot snake and told me it was unclogged. I paid $80.00. After he left I went outside and the drain has about a 1 inch hole in it and is still clogged with mud. I called and the woman who answered the phone was extremely argumentative. She told me we never said it was a french drain, they charge to come out regardless if they do anything or not. And if I wanted the drain to be further addressed, it would be another charge and another appointment, as they would need to use other equipment. After speaking with Ashley, the manager, she stated that if I stopped payment on my check, she would refer me to collection. Stay away from this company!
