We are very please to announce our new business venture in Butte County! All around Heating & Air is owned and operated by Juan, a father who is paving the way for his family. Juan has worked in all aspects of the heating & air industry. Starting out as an HVAC installer to install lead, maintenance and service technician and even bidding and selling jobs.

Juan and crew saved me from a big headache and Thousands of $$$. The house I was going buy had a old a/c unit that was said to be working in normal operation. After All Around Heating And Air did there inspection a major issue was found that had been over looked in the past. Thanks Again for the proper inspection! I would recommend them to anybody!

| Escrow Inspection | Apr 2015 | Looked at the heating side of the system and as of now it is working good. Getting a 31 degree split on the heating side. Burners seem to be working good, no carbon monoxide. As of now, heating portion is working good. Ran tested it in cooling and compressor is pulling under amps and condenser fan motor and blower are both pulling under amps. It did seem like the unit is a little low on freon. Getting an 18 degree temperature difference in cooling, for the age of the system, that is pretty good. We also crawled the whole duct system, duct work is hard pipe and is insulated. There is only one spot where the insulation has fallen off the bottom (as soon as you get in crawl space, to the left). System is a Payne unit, natural gas.
