With a dishwasher that was reported to be leaking 4 days before today, Thanksgiving- not being in Prescott to meet a vendor...I was quickly put at ease, explained the possibility of a part required may take beyond today to be shipped etc. Most importantly and more appreciated was the level of service, the speed of which they were able to remedy /diagnose...this meant the world to me!! Great to have an appliance vendor we can trust!!! Thank you for you service and kindness
