ELC contracting llc

ELC, LLC was hired to do new laminate flooring in my business. They would not rip up the old carpet and laid it on top of the carpet. Then in the strip where no carpet was they did not level it. My brand new floor cracks and pops when people step on it. They also never returned to put the trim in as they stated they would. They stated everything was under one year warranty. One week later called to ask to come fix it and received nothing but excuses. Now they won't return phone calls. Ridiculous. Big talk, little guy, no skills!! BEWARE!!! They are liars!!
