Here is what InterNACHI home inspectors also do far and beyond any other inspections /inspectors. WE ALL TAKE THE QUALIFICATION TEST ANNUALLY! Yes, in order for a InterNACHI inspector to recertify, we have to take the annual test and pass! No other organization requests this of their inspectors. They only require their inspectors to take the test one time and that is all. InterNACHI inspectors are required to take the qualification exam annually. This exam requires every InterNACHI inspector to pass, keep up with current new codes and keep us sharp. This is part of the agreement that we InterNACHI Inspectors abide by and follow through with for our customers. No other organization requires this.
