I think one of the best small/new companies that I've had contract. I had start looking for air companies, and well I called to you know the big companies but the next appointment was on 3 weeks!? And I said I can't wait all that time, then I started looking online and see what else I can find. I've started calling small companies but none of them seemed to be good, and then I found BRS MECHANICAL; he told me exactly what I wanted to hear, really good and precisely, the price affordable and I may say for be an small company he knows more than the big companies to be honest. 100% recommend it!! The entire job went very well because Bruner Rasmuzzen was very professional in his conduct, he was technically astute, fair in his price and he creatively worked solutions to unforeseeable obstacles. Prior to the contract presentation Bruner Rasmuzzen carefully explained equipment options that would meet the needs of our home. With Bruner's guidance we selected the Maytag M1200 20 Seer HVAC system for our home. Bruner explained that the Maytag equipment came with a 12 year warranty and his service for this job would include a 5 year labor warranty. Bruner presented a firm quote and never varied from the quote even though he encountered a few additional unforeseen expenses. The installation of the furnaces and evaporator coils in the attic of our home was a difficult job that Bruner and his crew made to look easy. The BRS crew always started on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. We found that doing business with BRS Mechanical was a pleasure.
