Our garage spring broke Thursday night. I searched for garage door repair companies and saw Cincinnati Door & Window highly rated. I went to their website and was pleasantly surprised that there was a technician that I could chat with. I gave him the information about what i needed and he said they would call me the next morning. I got a call at 8:30 am asking me when I was available. We agreed on 2-5 pm that day. I got a call at 1:30 asking if they could come early. I agreed and they were there within 20 minutes. They replaced both springs and tested it. Made an adjustment to make sure it closed right. Then lubed the hinges. They then cleaned up after themselves and were off. Not too exciting, but the job was done right, quickly, without a mess. Not common these days. I would definitely use them again.

I've had Cincinnati Door & Window complete two large projects at my home; all new windows and patio sliders as well as new siding. Good work and good pricing on both. These guys are straight shooters that don't play games. I wish more companies were like that.
