LORI M wrote a review. She is Ken (the owner) live in girlfriend! What a big LIE! Ken does a band aid fix. He patched my basement and never came back. I had to spend 3,000.00 to get someone in who knew what they were doing! Not good!

I had Cincinnati dry shield waterproof a rental property, I had numerous bids and they were not only a great price but also took care of another problem the other companies paid no attention to. Result a dry basement. I called them back 8 months later to do another rental property with the same fantastic results. I will continue to use them for any future work.

I would give Ken & his team 0 stars if I could. They were hired to fix a sagging floor in the addition on the back of our house. They placed floor jacks underneath the floor to hold the floor up. In three months, they have been out 4 times to tighten the floor jacks because the floor continues to move. Not an acceptable solution. While they were working, they noticed a piece of rotted wood underneath the wall adjacent to the floor they were fixing - and instead of addressing the issue & allowing us to come up with a solution, they put scrap pieces of wood next to it to cover it up. As they were working on the floor in the addition, they created a large mess in the crawl space underneath which they had promised to clean when they were finished. They didn’t clean a single thing - there was trash, scrap wood, and multiple large nails & screws. Ken & his crew don’t do acceptable work. I would avoid working with them at all costs.

As a condo association we have spent close to $100,000 in the last two years with this company. Obviously if the work was not satisfactory we would not have done the 20 projects with them. When a contract is signed and deposit given there is an obligation on both parts to perform. Ken does his best to address any problems and his crew is trust worthy.
