I am a Licensed General Contractor and a certified Home Inspector. I have inspected homes for both buyers and sellers in the Greater Sacramento, El Dorado and Placerville areas since 2005. I only mention my General contractor license so you'll be confident that I thoroughly understand the systems and materials of the home, not to drum up contracting work for me or my friends. For that reason, if I discover any needed repairs to your property in my capacity of Home Inspector, I will not offer or accept any repair services, nor will I make specific recommendations for any other Contractors.
