completely unprofessional. it is someone's prerogative if they don't want to buy something, and shaming and EMBARRASSING little old ladies AFTER THEY APOLOGIZE is absolutely unacceptable. we confronted you IMMEDIATELY AFTER we checked out, and you PRETENDED YOU DIDN'T RECOGNIZE US after you shamed us for not letting you know we didn't want this sewing machine in YOUR TIME FRAME. i wish there were less stars i could give.
