Queen City Disposal

We are not Queen City customers. However, we live behind a little shopping strip off Dover Rd. Every Thursday morning between 5:15-6:30, they empty the dumpster behind the business in front of our house. The driver shakes the dumpster 10-12 times. Called the office, they said the customer requested that time and nothing they can do about it. They said they could start at 5 am. Walked over to said business and asked about pick up time. They never requested that time. Went to QC and spoke to Marty. He was so rude. Now, the pick up still between. 5:15-6:30 but, now they shake it 20 times. Dumpster is about 200 feet from my front door and bedroom window. This company doesn't care about the residential area that it effects. They even had the nerve to try to get me to switch my trash to them. Not in this lifetime. Save yourself some trouble- read these other reviews on Queen City and pick a different company. There are so many options in Clarksville-granted none of them are great but, save yourself the trouble and avoid Queen City and their bs.
