After my Samsung dryer stopped heating I ordered some aftermarket replacement parts on Amazon (which also failed after installation.) I decided that I needed to have a professional take a look at the dryer since I really was not ready to replace it. I found LWC Appliances through Facebook reviews and I am so glad that I did. I scheduled an appointment and the technician Lorenzo came out the very next day. In addition to being on time, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue, repair the dryer, and everything is now running like new. Lorenzo was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he had to replace on the dryer as well as offered advice for extending the life of both the washer and dryer. Two of my young children were trying to talk with/joke around with him towards the end of the service appointment and he was very friendly and responsive to them. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service and will definitely be using the company for any appliance issues in the future.
