$780.00 for a bathroom faucet install, replaced refrigerator water valve, and replaced the outside hose spigot. And that’s the discounted price. Two guys , 3 hours, poor install on bathroom faucet, left old hose spigot on the ground outside and took away the old faucet which was in good condition. They overcharged a 79 yo disabled woman, did not provide pricing at all and Kathy, who answered the phone, zero customer service skills and zero patience, and after screaming and yelling because I wanted a $200 refund, she hung up. The owner said I didn’t know what I was talking about when discussing prices. So two different guys came back on Friday to improve the install of the bathroom faucet then took pictures of the work done but no refund. FYI the same faucet is 50 bucks at Home Depot.

Called Vail this AM to ask for them to assess the problem I was having with my hot water heater! They came early this afternoon & determined that I needed to get a new water heater which they were able to install today! The workers were very professional, knowledgeable & respectful! I would recommend Vail to any one who needs their service! Thank you for your quick response!

Finally after 4 visits from other plumbers, I was referred to Vail. Fixed job first time out. Professional all the way! Thanks Mark!
