Totally unreliable service. Agreed that snow removal job would be completed within 5 hours after 12 hours still not done. Now they are telling me telling me they are coming in the middle of the night 3-5 am 16 hours later than the agreed completion time-. Do not use - I should have looked at their 75% reliability rating !
