Shoddy work. Did not finish job. Never showed up when he said he would. Overpriced. Had to pay someone to fix his work and finish the job

I was referred to CIP Enterprises (Mike Cipriano), by a Cabinet Company, for the Installation of the my new Kitchen Cabinets. The Cabinet Company I purchased the materials from, failed to provide me with my Cabinets, and after 21 weeks of waiting, I had to cancel my cabinet order and the labor services with CIP Enterprises. I had deposited on October 6th 2021, with CIP Enterprises/Mike Cipriano $1,750 as that was the half deposit for his Installation Services. I requested a Refund from Mike Cipriano on Jan 6th 2022, and Mike agreed many times via text, to issue my refund... Yet, Mike has had excuse after excuse, as to why he is not able to refund me the money; "Zelle wont let him send me the $" | "He exceeded his CashApp transfer amount" | "He's waiting for the Money to Post from his Wifes Acct, since he had to transfer from his Business Acct" | "His son has COVID" | "He was halfway to my house, and he hit black ice" | "His bank card is not working" | "He is in the Hospital with COVID" | "His mother will be guaranteeing and sending me the funds"| "His Key Fab is Not Working" | "He is Running Late" | "He locked my Cash Refund in his Vehicle, and his Vehicle is at the Dealership." ... & On, and on, and on.. Mike Cipriano is full of new excuses each day and has since stopped responding to me. I have gave Mike Cipriano deadlines to issue my refund back before I take further recourse, and I even offered payment arrangements but he still has not came through with ANY Refund. Future Consumers who are considering CIP Enterprises, should beware, as Mike Cipriano is also in Parma OH Small Claims Court with a Judgement Filed against him, for doing the same thing to another customer.

Was hired to install a door to replace a broken pocket door. He caused damage to the door frame and broke the pre-hung door and frame. After more than 2 weeks of rescheduling, he was told not to return. Avoid.

Michael Cipriano was hired to install a new backsplash and hood in our kitchen. He caused considerable damage to our oven and stovetop while taking down the existing tile and installing the new backsplash. Michael took responsibility for the damage and said that he would either have the stovetop and oven repaired or replace the new kitchen aid appliance. After several months, he agreed to pay for a new oven. Unfortunately, he has not followed through with his word and we have not heard from him since he agreed to pay for a replacement on April 26, 2021. He has also failed to respond to our messages. I have several correspondences from Mr. Cipriano stating that he will remedy the situation when he took responsibility for the damage. Unfortunately, he has not followed through with paying for the damage that he causes to the appliance. Beware when working with Michael Cipriano. He is reckless with his work and will not take responsibility when he makes a mistake.
