Cleveland Temperature Control

My wife and I purchased two units, one for our home and one for a rental property. With the units, we were glad to have warranties, which we expected to remove worries about service if problems arose. The installation went well and work was performed in a timely manner. There was an issue in first month with the unit in the rental house, which was handled well. However, the same unit, recently, was not working properly. My wife and I called and left messages at least 5 times requesting CTC to check out the non working unit. The last message was a request to let us know if he was not going to respond so we could find another service provider. Our calls, which were always polite, were NEVER answered. Bottom line, while we got a good deal on the product and installation was very good, professional follow-up simply did not happen. There is no excuse for ignoring repeated phone calls for a warranty issue. We are now trying to find another company that will honor the warranty. I cannot recommend this provider.

I recently had Cleveland Temperature Control install a new 2.5 ton 14 SEER Heil heat pump system. The system works great. TJ and Eric did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new one. They did professional quality work and provided an extended 3 year warranty with free preventative maintenance for 2 years. The cost was for same as quoted which was the lowest of several previously contacted professional installers. I would recommend Cleveland Temperature Control for all your HVAC needs.
