Complained about everything. The original paper installer didn't do things right (even though that paper had been up since 1995 without even seam coming loose.) Even the high end wallpaper I'd purchased was "too thin." Every complaint was accompanied by a warning that he would be charging more money. The sad thing is that I'd used him two prior times with good results. The only thing I can conclude is that the company is good for straightforward projects like a flat wall never papered versus a remove and install. Beware and make sure the quote you receive is what you will pay.
