| AC on Roof Installation | Jul 2016 | Customer was in need of a new AC system. The customer had the condensing unit on the roof and a lot of pre-planning was involved. We had to organize and manage a crane company as well as working with the association from the community to make this work for the customer. It was difficult to manage the time schedules from both the customer and the association as well as the crane company but we made it happen through follow ups and constant calls to the community to ensure everything was on time as specified. Needless to say, we have a customer for life from this project and we are happy and willing to go above and beyond for our customers. | $1k | Coral Springs, FL |
