Complete Property Maintenance was started in 1977. The focus of the company has not wavered in 31 years, and that is to provide premier service to the commercial landscape customer at competitive rates. As the company grew, so did the breadth of services being offered as well along with the size and experience of the staff. Tree trimming, fertilization, pest control and irrigation services were added so we could offer a complete array of landscape services. CPM has continued to add experienced support staff and management so our customers will always receive personalized service with attention to detail. One of the key ingredients to the success and growth of our company has been its ability to hire experienced supervisors who act as the liaison between the customer and the company. We believe that our staff of mobile supervisors separates us from other companies in our industry. Supervision of our crews has always been our number one priority along with constant communication with our customers. When our supervisors are on the property working with the crews and working with our customers we know we achieving our goal of getting optimal work performance from our employees and providing the quality services our customers have to come to expect.
