They are terrible and at the end you have lost lots of money because of Milton Thomas big mouth and keeping the customers safe and secure and he purchased and installed a new Gas Furnace and didn't get a permit for the job which was required by the department of Georgia Building Codes and we had to have the furnace that he installed incomplete and unsafe as well as several other codes that was required for the job to be done and he didn't have the time to reach out when the system was not performing properly and he was only smiling about the money he received from us but he thought that what he done was a favor but we paid him what he charged without any problem and friends can't be when you have a job and you don't care after the fact but thank God they say for all he does to help people and I have to say make sure you pray harder when Milton Thomas has done work for you because you are only going to receive a mouth full of talk and get stuck with a higher risk and bill for a professional job and great results don't use Royalty Heatingand Air this has been an extremely expensive and very difficult and very long process but justice is always on time when you as the customer does the right thing and you don't know how to change their company but I hope this post make you really research your choice of contractors and stay safe 11-21-2021

Terrible experience. Never showed up for appointment. Called twice and no one could answer phones

Please do your research before using this company. Please make sure they are license and certified. Owner installed wrong equipment and refuse to come out and rectify the situation. Even though warranty was provided. Please beware

I was having significant issues with my AC, I had two outside units put in anout three weeks prior to meeting this company. Those units broke and I was infomed that the units that were put in were used. I had to replace those units as they broke down. He was very helpful and workd with me and my finance. He was very professional, and dependable. I would definately recommend him especially after my horrible expereice and was ripped off by the yound landy and previous HVAC company. With the previous compnay i did not get a receipt nor did I get the wareanty paperwork. But with this company I received an electronic receipt along with the warranty paperwork. Thanks Man!
