Harman's Interiors has gone way downhill over the years. I have been a customer for about a decade, and when Flora and Rick ran the business, it was amazing. They did a great job on reupholstering my chairs, making a bed headboard, curtains, and pillows. But I recently hired Harman's for another large job, and Lisa couldn't even complete my order. It took over 9 months to get window treatments and she lied to me throughout the process. She claimed that fabric was unavailable, and then she claimed that the installer couldn't come because of a medical emergency when the truth was that the curtains were not ready on time. I had to contact her multiple times to check on the status of my order so that she would actually do my order. I ended up cancelling part of the order because she said that she couldn't get the fabric and she didn't tell me until many months after I was supposed to receive the curtains. I was very patient with her because I had a positive experience using them in the past, but I was being taken for a fool. I strongly recommend NOT using this business.
