Active Exterminating LLC

This company was sent out by the realtor of the people buying our house for the termite inspection. They wanted to come at 8am on a Wednesday but since my husband works nights we said no he would be sleeping and that it needed to be an afternoon. The realtor understood and rescheduled. The inspector STILL showed up and 8am and when I said no we couldn't have the inspection then he informed me I was causing a big problem. Umm ok but it wasn't my fault. He was rescheduled for 3pm on a Friday. 3pm on Friday rolls around and no one shows up. I thought maybe I had my days confused? So 6:30 rolls around and my one year old is in bed asleep and my husband is laying down to take a nap before work when I hear the doorbell ring. The inspector is here wanting to do the inspection. He said he had mechanical problems and that's why he was so late. Totally understandsable but I had received NO phone call or email saying hey I'm running late, I apologize. Would you like to reschedule. I got nothing at all and he shows up wanting to do the inspection. So I let him in because I apparently caused such a huge problem the last time I didn't and he begins the inspection. He was very rude to us and shined the flashlight all in my sons room where he was sleeping. I also understand smoking if that's your thing. Totally not mine but if you do I don't judge. But you don't go into someone's house REEKJNG of smoke. Our entire house smelled like we were smokers by the time he left. This is by far one of the most unprofessional, terrible companies I have EVER dealt with. I'm so thankful that I wasn't the one who had hired them because I would have demanded my money back.
