It was a joy working with Kevin and his staff. We ordered a custom Murphy bed and received exactly what we wanted . The bed was ordered, built, and delivered in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with our Murphy bed and can’t say enough good things about Kevin and his employees.

I wanted a murphy bed (wall bed) for my tiny home office that would be strong enough to take a heavy latex mattress, be durable enough to withstand frequent use for a long time, look beautiful throughout its life, and be made of green nontoxic materials. Better than laminated or lacquered MDF and with high quality pistons (lifetime warranty) instead of springs. In addition to being a skilled and experienced wood worker, Kevin loves his work and pays attention to the details. He listened to my design ideas and answered all my questions honestly (and repeatedly). The grain of the wood and the design are exactly what I had in mind and the finish is high quality, inside and out. I got vintage handles on ebay, but Kevin can also provide all sorts. (Note: for a 100% latex mattress you will need non-elastic straps across it to keep the mattress from buckling when it goes vertical.) Kevin also delivered the bed and with his helper got it maneuvered through my small house with not a mark on anything (!) and installed exactly where I wanted. And if I ever want to move it, I can disassemble it and reassemble it in a new location. This is excellent truly custom furniture that will last and hold its value and is worth every penny.
