I hired Marc to put in some fence posts and rails so that we could put the pickets on our fence. This Company, Dawg Gone Home Repair was higher than any other bid but I had Marc do the work because he gave me a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was sick when I saw the job that these three grown men did. The fence posts were out of line and would have made a very uneven and fence. I never saw these men put a string to make sure the fence was even. I had a cord already out there that I was using and I saw them pick that up once in a while. I am sick at the work that was performed. I spent money on the best material and was looking forward to getting my fence done. Now I have to hire someone to pull these posts and redo the fence line. Marc called me back and said that he was bringing over the refund. Never showed up. He will not answer his phone and Marc is forcing me to take him to Court to get the down payment back. I should have never had to give him a down payment. I bought all the material. I got swindled and got the worst job I have ever had on a fence. He promised a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Now he will not even answer his phone.
