The project mngr joshua is punctual, did find other issues with our home & corrected most of them & was nice & polite @ 1st. The company is decent priced. The issues with joshua & his company were as follows: we had 1800 sq ft of the inside of our home painted & it would take abt 2-4 wks because of course they have other clients. At the end of the project their were areas missed of paint, which can happen we r all human, but it was obvious that they became lazy as the project proceeded forward. The coat of paint was thin & the existing purple paint showed thru. The edging of our fire place was crooked from what looks like the paint moved the tape & seeped thru a little. I offered to buy the paint & they used a sprayer, which later broke down in the earlier part of the project & they let me know that they would have to hand paint the remainder of the house. They also offered to fix some other minor projects like fixing cable plate, garage door, ceiling fans, install commodes, & vanity. The garage door & ceiling fans were too big of a project for the company I guess, so they made all these excuses so we jst cancelled. The commodes they said they had a plumber, which they installed all commodes & the 1 upstairs they didn't caulk very well so it leaked & they had to replace the trim on the vanity the other commode leaks still frm the inside & does the phantom flushing. We also noticed they half painted the ceilings. When I finally decided to say something abt the unprofessional job they sd this is a big house & if you're looking for perfection it's jst not possible. I thought to myself u never say that to a customer & what an unprofessional thing to say. Customer service is dead. They later looked @ all the spots & crooked trim & said later they were embarrassed & replaced all trim & fixed most spots. But we never did business with them again. Home depot recommends silver line contractors llc on a website called red beacon where everything's suppose to be registered. we were also going to get our basement finished with them & they told us we need no permits, which is definitely not true. There were problems left & right, so please jst be cautious jst because a website background chks still further research yourself.
