the work done was ok but then never responded back messages when they left while leaving us figure out why the hot water was not working. they actually forgot to reset the boiler just that we had to figure that out ourselves in the middle of an early evening after having to take a cold shower. Afterwards when we needed to call inspection on new gas for the house, they did not responded to messages for a week, and after I finally get a text and needed some follow up as inspection failed, the owner just dropped calls when he realized it was me calling. I just needed to ask some questions, and instead his text to me was "stop calling me I'm busy"...i just needed to ask him to help us with it..would no hire them again

Unprofessional and unreliable. Did some new water lines and automatic waterer in my pasture. The concrete slab they put it on is sinking and now the waterer is leaking water. It is a huge mud puddle and they basically are telling me they are too busy to come and will be here whenever they can. It has been a month and half and so far no one is showing up. Filing complaint with BBB and El Paso County regional building department. HORRIBLE business and crappy service and they do NOT fix what they do wrong and once they have your money you are stuck with their crappy work!
