My recent renovation was so smooth. I liked the entire team immediately, and I felt so lucky (and still do) to have been connected. Then I met the plumber. But first; If I could do it again, I’d hire Abbas construction inc. Jose is a professional. Dalton’s mastery speaks for itself. He could ‘flip’ a house in his sleep making it look easy. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with his craftsmanship. Fernando (cement patio and egress windows) upgraded my house tremendously. I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend Abbas contruction inc, ON ONE CONDITION; Do not subcontract to Lorenzo Villegas or Plumb Tech LLC. Mr. Villegas initially dismissed my extensive concerns about the condition of the plumbing with “I’m the best.” Then my new downstairs shower backed up into my beautiful new basement – he told me “it happens.” During the renovation process, my water heater began to leak, run constantly, and the release valve was warmer than the pipe above it, yet heat rises. After “three” he said, release valve changes, then an expansion tank added, and another “this is a good water heater” it’s still leaking. Jose told me they’d replace it for $1450.00. I passed on that one. These are so minor, and could have been simple hiccups in the process, but Mr. Villegas, owner of Plumb Tech LLC began to openly and aggressively resent and berate me about actually addressing my extensive concerns about the condition of the plumbing. I gladly paid Jose in full because I got my monies worth and some. Whether Mr. Villegas of Plumb Tech LLC didn’t feel properly compensated for my extensive concerns about the condition of the plumbing or is just defensive and abusive by nature --that's not my doing and I should not be cussed at. I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend Abbas construction inc, on this one condition.
