Contracted with Avalanche to repair hail damage to our house. This included shingle replacement, gutter replacement, repaint (whole house), window replacement and window repair. The roof was done well and quickly. However the paint and gutters took months and several complaints to their PM. The window replacement was the same story but took even longer (over a year); the window repair never happened. Their PM lied about contacting our insurance company (USAA) and the owner will not respond to any attempts to contact him. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful but it doesn't seem the owner (Jesse) cares enough to finish the job he's been paid to do (yep, I'm that guy that paid in advance of the work being completed....). D- with BBB and their accreditation with the BBB is suspended. Avoid this company
